Our Rooms:

In the morning, you are awakened with coffee brought to your room. Following is a hearty full plantation breakfast in the dining room.

On the premises there is a swimming pool and croquet for your enjoyment. Your hosts will advise you of the many historical points of interest found in the St. Francisville area. The many historic plantations and gardens in the area are always an interesting visit.

Turn back the pages of history and enjoy a restful never-to-be-forgotten vacation at Cottage Plantation where yesterday's unequaled hospitality can be found again.

In Plantation Main House

Accommodations:   Six rooms, all with private bath, AC/Heat and all rooms in Plantation main house have Direct TV.

Rates:  Rooms $115 - $135, Mattie's cottage $150 (see below)

Reservations:  Reservations are recommended in advance.

Payment:  Full payment required in advance. VISA, MC accepted.

Restrictions:  No pets or smoking. Sorry no children allowed.

Breakfast:  A complimentary full plantation breakfast is served every morning. Morning coffee brought to your room.

Tour: Following breakfast, plantation tour is included.

Recreation & Activities:  There is a swimming pool, croquet and horse shoes on the premises.

Attractions & Special Events:  The Historic Plantations and Gardens are close by.

Directions:  The Cottage Plantation is located on US Hwy 61, 5 miles north of St. Francisville, Louisiana, 55 miles south of Natchez, Mississippi, 35 miles from Baton Rouge and 111 miles from New Orleans.

Mattie's House

Description: Separate cottage, casual short walk from the Plantation Main House. Mattie's Cottage is equipped with a king bed, Jacuzzi in the bath, sitting area, screened porch, AC/Heat and TV.

Rates: Mattie's cottage $150/night for two.

Open: All year.
